About the course

The course covers concepts like Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) and Logical Unit Number (LUN) in detail. Various storage technologies like Direct Attached Storage (DAS), Fiber Channel Storage Area Network (FCSAN), IP Storage Area Network (IPSAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) are covered in the course.
Virtualization has given a way to mitigate the wastage of resources and improve ROI. The advantages of virtualization are:

• Migration and Cloning, and
• Desktop Virtualization
The course includes Network Virtualization, Storage Virtualization and Server Virtualization.

Cloud monitoring system refers to a set of programs, software, and applications that offers capability to monitor smallest to biggest elements of Cloud with number of benchmarks, thresholds, and nature of alarms.
