About the course
This four day course introduces an individual to the basic skills in managing a Project using generally accepted best practices as described by PMBOK® Guide – 5th Edition of PMI. The objective is to introduce the Project Management Principles at a level for individuals with 3 to 10 years of experience and no formal education on Project Management.
This workshop has been blended with videos, learning and exercises, so that participants can use the learning in their day to day professional activities.
