Judah J. Levine, Chief Executive Officer, HIP Consult, is a business and technology strategist with two decades of experience in consulting, due diligence, turnaround, and infrastructure and services development for operators, investors, multilaterals, and other players throughout the ICT and digital finance ecosystems. With an extensive background in strategic planning, commercial development, and management for organizations in both developed and emerging markets, including ongoing involvement in Africa since 1999,
Mr. Levine enjoys assisting clients to conceptualize, qualify, and pursue ambitious investment projects, and to analyze and solve complex operational problems. He is also active in the development of cutting-edge intellectual capital, with several publications, patents and conference presentations to his name.
His previous roles included Vice President of International Business Development for Teligent, New Markets Manager of Arbinet, and Consultant with A.T. Kearney’s Communications and High-Tech Practice. Mr. Levine received his MBA from the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan), MA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the Rackham Graduate School (University of Michigan), and BA in Government and Certificate of Arab Studies from Georgetown University.
